6. How to place an order and how the process is?

1) Contact us via email with details of your printing specifications or send us a sample by courier if necessary. We will quote you within 24hrs accordingly as per your sufficient information.

2) If you are ready to print the project with agreement of our quotation and terms, you can please send us the artwork in AI or PDF format. We will provide a sample for approval after receiving sample fee.

3) Once get the approval of sample, a proforma invoice will be provided.

4) We will go ahead with bulk printing immediately once get deposit.

5) When the project finished and approved, you pay balance. We will arrange the delivery through your forwarder or ours.

6) Welcome to receive your comments or suggestions for further improving our services.

7. Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Sure. The normal produce progress is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation, the mass production will be started after we receive your confirmation on the sample.

8. How to select paper stock?

Different paper stock has different printing effect. If you do not know very well about paper stock, pls contact our sales at [email protected]. We will give you best advice for you reference. We usually use the coated art paper for color printings in China, and suggest choose vanishing if go with the matt paper to give much better quality, and use white offset papers for black & white printings. Just list the paper stock mostly used for different jobs.

Content: 105g, 128g art paper

Diary Printing:

9. Can you make the products as per our design and artwork?

Of course, we can make the products as per customer's design and requirements.

10. What format of artwork will be fine for printing?

AI, PDF or CDR format

11. How to send artwork / printing file?

Email - For small files you can please send through email to [email protected].
Website - https://www.wetransfer.com. Large files can be uploaded to WeTransfer. They will send us a link after your uploading and we download the files from the link.
CD / USB - You can also just give us the CD or USB if you plan to come to visit us. It would be great for face to face communication. Or it can be sent by express or post if necessary.
FTP: If you have your own FTP, we can download it there.

12. What is bleed?

The bleed is the part of extending color or design 3-5mm to four edges. The purpose is to avoid appearing white edge after cutting, pls see following pictures to know more.

13. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

It usually takes about 5-10 working days for production, 4-7 working days by Express and 15-20days by sea to deliver your order. Exact time will be confirmed base on you book quantity.

14. What is the payment method?

We accept T/T. You can also pay through Western Union or Paypal if the project is urgent or for small amount.
